The U8's split themselves into a squad of 3 and 4 on Monday with a final training game against Sidcot for their pre-season preparations. Straight running and a further understanding of the 'iron curtain' defence characterised both games. Plenty of encouragement from the coaches resulted in both squads feeling 10 feet tall by the end of the afternoon and we look forward to a keenly contested game away to Queen's College this coming Monday.
